Did you know that every seven years you have a completely different body? All your cells change and you literally become what you do each day! Nurture your health you would a child or loved one. This positions you to give to others. How about a daily goal to do one nurturing thing for yourself?
A wise client just said to me the other day, “We can’t care for others if we are not taking care of ourselves.” Truer words were never spoken!
